Parcel less than 500 grams is chargeable at RM6 for West Malaysia and RM10 for Sabah and Sarawak (RM2 increment for every additional 250 grams)
Delivery time frame: Approximately minimum one working day for West Malaysia, and minimum two to three working days for East Malaysia

Signature of recipient required upon delivery (Someone to be at home to sign the collection receipt of the parcel. Failed to do so, the postman will leave a collection slip sorry note. You can either call to arrange for a second delivery, or collect the parcel at the nearest post office)
Items are covered with insurance (compensation by pos malaysia)
We ship internationally and shipping cost will depend on your country. Cost will be advised by Post Laju Malaysia/Fedex upon order confirmation.
Appointments must be made within two days upon order confirmation. Otherwise, priority will be given to next buyer in line. Please please please confirm and double confirm to be sure of your purchase before making a COD appointment, we really really really absolutely sad with back-outs and no-shows.
