Fashion Affair Boutique (FAB) reserve the right to adjust or amend policies below at any time without prior notice. Please check our Message Board above  from time to time

1. If you are interested to buy any of our displayed items, simply fill up our official order form or click on the 'order form' navigation button above
2. We shall try our best to reply in within 24 hours complete with invoice. Kindly check your spam or junk box if you didn't receive any reply 

1. We currently accept bank transfer through Maybank and credit card payment through PayPal (for international orders) only
2. Bank details will be stated in the invoice upon confirmation of an order
3. Full payment should be well received before parcel is posted out
4. Please transfer the accurate total amount as per invoice. No balance in cash is allowed to be put in the parcel
5. Kindly email your Maybank account number should you require any balance transfer
6. Payment is to be made within two days upon receipt of confirmation reply from us. Items not paid for within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put for sale thereafter without further notification.
7. Kindly notify us the reference number once payment is made (Keep the receipt or reference number as evidence if needed)

1. Payment received before 12.00pm will be send out on the same day (except for pre-order item or any unavoidable reason)
2. Cash On Delivery (COD) method only available on Saturday and Sunday. Date and time for meet up is subject to availability of both buyer and seller. 
3. All prices shown are excluding Cash On Delivery (COD) or postage charges (if any). Buyers are to bear the COD or postage charges (if any).
4. We held no responsibilities in damages or losses upon delivery of goods. It is important for customer to make sure the address given is the right one. Check your parcel before you put a sign on the paper provided by the delivery company and call us upon delivery if you are not satisfied with the item. 
5. Estimated arrival of orders will be around one to five working days (except for pre-order section), depending on your area. Expected date for items to arrive may be delayed due to delay of shipment and process of international transaction.
6. Kindly notify us once you received the items or call as soon as possible if you didn’t get anything after one week. We assume the item has been safely received by customer if we didn’t hear from you after one week. 
7. You will be notified a day before or on the day the parcel are out to the post office complete with your tracking number as reference.

1. Serious buyers only. All sales are on first come first serve basis
2. No withdrawal after confirmation.
3. No refund after payment
4. No exchange after buying (please refer to below exchange policy)
5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Items may not be available even after you have made your payment. In this case, your payment will be refunded or you may choose other item with the same value
7. All stocks are brand new and readily available (ready stock). No pre-order and pre-loved item unless stated otherwise.
8. Disclaimer: Colour on pictures might be slightly different from the real one due to our camera lighting and your monitor. For authentic items, we don’t claim ourselves as a registered dealer
9. Please ensure the measurement stated before placing order. No subsequent refund or exchange will be allowed
10. Cash On Delivery (COD) : We require a 50% payment (inclusive of COD charge) before the meet-up date (in prevention of back outs)
11. Restockable items: Item can still be replenished by our supplier. You may mail us for a restock order. In prevention of back-outs, we require a full payment (inclusive of postage or COD charge) for any orders to be restocked. This rule apply to all customers
12. Clothes are styled with additional pieces and accessories for suggestions and show purposes only. All additional pieces and accessories are not included with the sale of the main described selling piece (unless stated otherwise)
13. All price is non-negotiable unless stated otherwise
14. Back outs after confirmation of orders are not tolerated. We would appreciate the courtesy of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore
15. In the event of such cases in pre-orders and 'out-of-stock', we will contact our customers to allow more time for us to replace a new item for them. Therefore, all items sold are final. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained
16. We will ensure that all items are in good quality and packed with address written clearly. We believe in honesty and maintaining the relationship and trust in our customers

1. Exchange is acceptable if the item received is wrong in code, color or size than your order form
2. We are 100% committed in doing regular check on our stock. No defective item will be sold to customer. Please double check your item before signing  the slip provided by postman. No refund or replacement is allowed
3. Buyer will bear for the second delivery postage (due to any reason/event)
4. To exchange/alter an item, please call us as soon as possible upon the receipt of the parcel (not more than one day)
5. Exchange/alteration items should be in mint condition, not washed or worn
6. All exchanges/alteration should be posted to our address within two working days from the receipt of the parcel. No exchange/alteration will be accepted after the said cut off time
